Hello beautiful, yes, I’m talking to you, because you ARE beautiful, inside and out, you should believe that, because its true! Fuck society’s expectations, nobody seems good enough for them, you can’t be perfect enough for them, but guess what? you’re perfect enough for me, Everyone’s beautiful, There is no such thing as an ‘ugly’ person, thats just another word society designed to tell you you’re not good enough, but like i said, FUCK SOCIETY, You ARE beautiful, you ARE skinny, you ARE as good as them, you ARE worth it, you ARE perfect as long as you’re happy, a smile looks so much better on you! honestly, put the razor down sweetie, i know how you feel, i know how it feels to think you DESERVE the pain, to want to die, to feel unwanted, unloved, hopeless, but remember, you we’re put on this earth for a reason, you might not amount to anything big, maybe you wont ‘cure cancer’ or invent a time machine, but you will grow old, and have a family, and be happy, you will live in a big house, with your husband/wife and all your children, you will have a good job, and be loved by so many people, just like you are right now, even if it seems like nobody cares, somebody, somewhere does, they love you, just like i love you and it pains them to see you feel this way, you’re human! be proud of who you are, think of all you’ve come through in your life, and all you’re yet to go through, remember your first kiss? starting school? your first steps? and think of all you have to come, your wedding? you’re first job? the wild teenage party every kid goes to, think about everything, if you killed yourself, none of these things would happen, even if you don’t think so, you would change everyones lives if you died, you would leave them wondering why didn’t they notice before? why they didn’t help you? make all your family and friends live the rest of their lives regretting, wondering, it would devastate them! think of your parents? you might have some bad times with them, but surely you must have some good? think what it would do to them, if their special little girl/boy killed themselves? their own flesh and blood, your brothers and sisters? having to grow up without you, maybe a younger one, not having anyone to turn to, they could end up like you? they need you, to guide them, to make sure they don’t feel the same pain you do, you have to help them, and all you’re friends, they would hate themselves for letting you go, for letting things get this bad, would you really want to inflict all this pain on the people who care for you the most? no. Remember, things can’t stay bad forever, things WILL get better! “after a hurricane, comes a rainbow” this is true! one day, you WILL be happy! you will look back at yourself and think, i should have got help, i would have been happy sooner, there is people to help you! talk to someone, anyone? a friend? an adult? a parent? a councilor? a teacher? childline (0800 11 11)? call a suicide helpline (08457 90 90 90), any of these people could make a MASSIVE effect on your life, just remember you’re perfect, you’re not worthless no matter what they say, there is some hope left, please there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, LIFE GETS BETTER.
